Declarations of Interest

All Young Manchester trustees are bound by the charity’s Conflict of Interest Policy, the purpose of which is to ensure that all decisions and decision-making processes are, and are seen to be, free from personal bias and that they do not unfairly favour any trustee or any associated person or organisation. This page documents the declarations of interest that the current trustees have made, as required by that policy.

At the beginning of every board meeting, trustees are asked to disclose any conflict or potential conflict that may exist with respect to any item on the agenda. The minutes will record any such declarations, and the manner in which any conflict was handled.
