Lead Partner

The East Manchester Youth and Play Partnership, led by 4CT,  aims to deliver a core programme of regular youth and play sessions equally distributed to ensure geographical coverage across the five identified wards of East Manchester. The partnership is made up of 12 organisations with strong track records in the area.

In addition to the partnership will offer an integrated programme of social action within these sessions and access to a range of training, volunteering, campaigning and activities of benefit to the wider community.

A targeted programme will offer support for young carers and young people with disabilities across the city.

The Diane Modahl Sports Foundation (DMSF) is a registered charity which works with young people from disadvantaged areas across the North West, enabling them to make the most of themselves in sport, school and life.

Eastlands Trust is dedicated to making it possible for local communities and neighbourhoods across the region to have access to some of the most impressive sports facilities in the UK.

East Manchester Community Games Provides Sport and Phyical Activitiy sessions across East Manchester for all ages and abilities.

Groundwork Trust are passionate about creating a future where everywhere is vibrant and green, every community is strong and able to shape its own destiny and where everyone can reach their potential.

The LCCC Foundation is the charity arm of Lancashire County Cricket Club and aims to provide people with positive experiences through the delivery of a range of health, education, community cohesion and cricket development projects, programmes and events designed to inspire communities through cricket.

Manchester Settlement is a charity providing a range of products to people at risk of being excluded or isolated.

One Manchester is a provider of housing and community services formed in April 2015 from an historic merger between two of Manchester’s largest housing associations – City South and Eastlands Homes. They currently own and manage more than 12,000 homes in central, south and east Manchester.

SAFE Gorton is the outreach and social activity of the parish of Sacred Heart & St Francis, Gorton.

The Water Adventure Centre is a vibrant youth centre with a difference. Our exciting activities focus on building confidence and self-esteem, whilst encouraging children and young people to take responsibility for themselves, others and our environment.

YPAC is a Young People’s organisation working with young people and the wider community over the last 10 years in Miles Platting, Ancoats, and Collyhurst. We are inspired by the belief that each young person should be free to realise their potential and purpose in life.
