Young Manchester is delighted to announce the appointment of Justin Watson as the charity’s new Director.
Justin has a wealth of experience in the third sector with substantial experience in building local and national programmes of work, most recently in his role as Head of Programme Development at Oxfam GB.
Since beginning his career as a youth worker, Justin has held a number of roles at Save the Children before joining Oxfam’s UK programmes in 2014.
He will join Young Manchester, based in Centurion House on Deansgate, on 30th July 2018 and lead the team into the next phase of Young Manchester’s development and fundraising strategy.

Young Manchester launched In November 2017 and is a charity established to commission youth and play services across the City of Manchester with a mandate to make Manchester a world-class city for children and young people, where they can be happy, safe, realise their full potential and prosper from the city’s economic growth.
